May Meeting

Please note the meeting location:

We are meeting in the Wells Cultural Center on 638 North Street, Lafayette. Please enter the building through the side door that faces the alley; please use the parking lot that's between the alley and 5th street.

By special request, the 3D Bobbin Lace Bunny is returning -- some members will bring their projects back to finish ..... others to start. Program led by Bette.

Future programs: Chris is planning a flower for June's meeting. For July, please bring things you need help with, or want to work on.

Lace Challenge Guidelines

The challenge is open to any lacemaking technique and to all members of Lafayette Lacemakers. The Theme of the Lace Challenge is Jewelry. There is no time window on when items were made. Items must be made by the person submitting. The challenge is open to any lacemaking technique and to all members of Lafayette Lacemakers. Items may be original designs or patterns from published sources. For items made from published sources, reference to the pattern source must accompany each item. There is no limit on the number of items one person may enter in the challenge. We will display items submitted to the challenge in one of the display cabinets at the West Lafayette Public Library. The date when we can get the display cabinet will determine the deadline for the challenge. note that, due to space limitations, all items submitted to the challenge might not be displayed at the library.
